| Returns Policy Realshopping offers a 7 day no-quibble return policy, however it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were despatched, and are resellable. Management reserves the right to judge whether this is or is not the case. The customer must pay for goods to be returned. A full refund will be issued by Realshopping minus the original shipping cost. Christmas Products may be retuned for size swaps or even refunds if unsuitable after the Christmas period and into the New Year. Please accept our reassurance on this matter. Please do note other terms regarding product damage and resellability which still apply. (Be careful with packaging, labels etc). Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If the product purchased is damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
