Please note: the above temperature was measured using a digital, needle thermometer with the heated gloveliner inside a windproof, waterproof outer glove with velcro strap to trap the heat. The outer glove is critical. Gloveliners produce but do not retain heat.
A robust outer glove is necessary to make efficient use of this product. Using this model there is a gradual rise in ambient temperature stabilising at 52C.

GENERAL: Gloveliners generate heat, they do not retain heat. So gloves must be worn on top. We have a selection of General Purpose Gloves and Motorcycle Gloves which can be used with Gloveliners, but you may choose to use your own gloves. Sometimes, but not always, you need a glove-size one size bigger than you normally take, because of the space taken up by the liner.
